What is the difference between a Team Supporter and a Spectator?
Team Supporter Tickets
Must be purchased in advance alongside competitor tickets. Team supporters must arrive with the competing team during their allocated morning arrival slot (7:30 AM - 8:30 AM). They must sit with their team in the designated competitor seating area (not the general spectator area). The team captain will receive these tickets in the morning and is responsible for distributing them.
Spectator Tickets
Can be purchased individually, either online in advance or on the door at the venue. Spectators can arrive at any time after 8:30 AM. They must sit in the general spectator area and cannot sit with the competing teams. Spectators will receive their tickets directly upon arrival.

What is your refund policy for tickets?
All payments for tickets are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any reason (including scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend). However, if a competitor, team supporter, or spectator is unable to attend, their ticket may be freely transferred to another person.
Can I pay with cash at the venue?
No, Go Hard or Go Home is a completely cash-free event. Please ensure you bring a debit/credit card or use contactless/phone payments for any on-the-door tickets, merchandise, or concessions.
Travel & Arrival
What time do doors open and when does the dancing start?
Doors open for general spectators at 8:30 AM. Our hosts will begin event introductions at 8:45 AM, and the very first performance kicks off sharply at 9:00 AM!
Is the venue accessible?
Yes! The venue is fully equipped with lifts, and we have dedicated wheelchair seating available inside the main auditorium.
Is there parking and accommodation nearby?
Yes! We have partnered with local hotels to secure exclusive deals for our attendees. For a full list of hotel discounts, recommended parking, and public transport links, please visit our dedicated Hotel & Travel page.
Where do I collect my pre-ordered merchandise?
You can pick up any pre-ordered merch directly at the front desk when you arrive at the venue.
The Event Experience
Can I leave the venue and come back later?
Yes! Upon entry, you will receive an event wristband. As long as you keep your wristband on, you are free to leave and re-enter the venue as you please throughout the day.
Are seats reserved?
No, all spectator seating is unreserved (first-come, first-served), so you can choose exactly where you'd like to sit once you arrive.
Will there be breaks during the day?
Yes! There is a scheduled lunch break in the middle of the day, as well as short intervals between the different dance style categories. We will never start a new style category ahead of its scheduled time, so you can safely step out without worrying about missing the start of the next section!
Can I bring food and drink into the auditorium?
Light, cold snacks (like crisps, chocolate, or sweets) and bottled water are perfectly fine! However, hot food and external takeaways (e.g., McDonald's, Burger King, KFC etc) are strictly prohibited inside the main auditorium to help keep the venue clean. The venue bars will be selling light snacks, and there are plenty of local partner restaurants nearby for your lunch break.
Will there be official photos and videos of the performances?
Yes! Official photography and video recording will take place throughout the competition. Please note: By purchasing a ticket or participating in the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for our promotional and archival materials.
